Lay Peng’s execution of our PR plan was flawless to say the least, and our client, Huang Clan was pleasantly surprised to have garnered several radio interviews, features on newspapers and even a TV interview on Channel News Asia prior to the event. On event day, Lay Peng exhibited professionalism in handling the media on her own, and represented our PR narrative with utmost discipline.
Overall, we are extremely happy to have engaged Lay Peng’s services, and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an independent and professional PR agency to engage Bask Communications.

It was a great experience working with Lay Peng and Danielle. They have creative ideas that suit the target audience of Pet Expo and are open to suggestions that we have as well. We personally feel that having a synergy with the PR agency we work with is very important, as it helps to have the most ideal message to be crafted out to the media. Lay Peng and Danielle have reached out to the media Pet Expo wants to be in contact with and helped exceed expectations for Pet Expo 2017. We would definitely consider to work with their creative juices and open-mindedness again.

As a small start-up business, Lay Peng understood the complexities of being an entrepreneur with a small team and created a PR plan that was concise and well thought out. We achieved excellent results with us having beautiful placements in relevant media that were meaningful, which helped increase our presence to our target audience.
Lay Peng had a professional and firm yet undemanding approach which worked very well with me and my team. She was organised and had fresh, contemporary ideas for our business to help us execute our plan with ease. She also helped facilitated new and exciting relationships that we now can continue to nurture.
It is imperative that a company representing you understands the core of your business, and not only believes in its values but believes in the team. Lay Peng showed a noteworthy level of commitment and we look forward to working with Lay Peng again.
